Kuakata is a sea beach the most tip of Bangladesh, in the sea-queen district of Patuakhali. Kuakata can see both the sunrise and sunset. Near about 320 Kilometres distance of south site of Dhaka & about 70 Kilometres from Patuakhali. This is 30 kilometer long and 6 km wide. Locally people call Sagar Kannya (Daughter of the Sea) is a attractive beauty-spot.
Second object in Kuakata:
Latachapli and Tangragiri reserved forests in the Kolapara Thana, Gangamoti reserve and Khajura reserve on the east and western part of the beach respectively are bestowed with natural mangrove species like keora, gewa, baen, kankra, goran, hetal, golpata and numbers of wild animals like wild boar, deer, monkey and different types of birds. Shima Buddist Temple and Rakhaine culture at Kuakata are the added spots of tourism.
Kotka Beach:
Kotka beach, located in the southeast sanctuary of Sundarban, is one of the most pristine sandy beaches of Bangladesh. You can enjoy a relaxing and peaceful time at this isolated beach. Normally tourists traveling to Sundarban Forest get the opportunity to visit this unique beach.
